A Day of Pampering

I usually get a pedicure every spring and today was that day.  I began with a pedicure which turned into a mini manicure as well.  How fun.  Then I stopped at my favorite coffee shop for a special treat.  (I quit drinking coffee daily a month or so ago)  The coffee shop, Java Love, has a nice little patio out front and as I was walking in, who do I find but some friends visiting from Wisconsin.  I got my small Americano with vanilla and cream and joined them.  We had a wonderfully interesting conversation beginning with the documentary Thrive and leading to all kinds of things, like our foods causing us cancer, GMO’s, UFO’s, new healing modalities and raising our individual and collective vibration. People at two other tables joined us for a bit.  Only in Sedona are we not weird for some of our wonderfully outrageous, but truthful conversations.
Back to the pampering, I had my car washed inside and out, stopped at the health food store and bought a bunch of organic veggies and am roasting them to go over rice for dinner. This afternoon, I spent time talking to a friend on the phone and then, had a wonderfully healing massage.  Woo Hoo treating the body right.  My Wonder Filled Moments lasted the whole day through.  May you be blessed with a day like this too.
In Gratitude,
Linda G
