| The View Down Stream |
Yesterday a friend and I thought we would escape to the creek for a few minutes. Driving down the gravel road we were surprised to find no other vehicles in the parking area at the creek. We found a beautiful location with great rocks to sit on and visited and vented about situations in our life. Than we allowed ourselves to take in the beauty and love of nature. Looking up stream and listening to the sounds of the water rolling over the rocks, I took a deep breath and settled into the melodic rhythm of the water. Imaging all of my worries and cares being released through my feet soaking in the water.
Looking down stream at the beautiful colors of the reflections in the water I imagined all negativity released from my being turned into love and light dancing it's way down stream. Ahhh what a beautiful experience and my Wonder Filled Moment of the day. Thanks Lindsay, for taking me to the creek.
