A Nurturing Day

I had a relaxing visit to Namti Spa here in Sedona Arizona.  I started at 10:00am with a facial (something I've never done before), and finished off with a reflexology (foot) massage.  It was divine.  My entire body feels better.  My energy bodies feel good too, receiving all that beautiful healing energy from kind loving therapists.  I left about 1:00, wow! That was quite the treat.  I have been very prosperous this month and felt the need to share the wealth and take care of myself at the same time.  Now, it's time for a luxurious bath and then playing cards in front of the fire place with Hunny.  It is a Wonder Filled Day.
