Seeing an old friend

After work today I stopped at the grocery store to pick up a few things and I saw a friend I had not seen in a very long time.  It was such a joy to see her and visit for a few moments.  Sedona can be such a small town, it amazes me I do not see some people I know more often.  The woman I saw today was one of the first people I met in Sedona.  My how we have changed.  Her daughters are now teenagers, not babies and we both seemed very happy and satisfied with our lives.  What a Wonder Filled Moment it was seeing her after so many years.
