"Watch" a Poem

As I was going though a pile of papers I came upon a poem that was given to me from a young lady at one of the Jewelry shows last year.  Not sure why she gave it to me, just because I was friendly and gave her directions to the computers, I imagine.  Anyhow, I really like the poem and thought I would share it with you, as it made me smile and jumped to the top the list of Wonder Filled Moments.

Watch me watching

Through you... as you.

How can this be?

How cannot it not?

No thoughts. None at all.

I am a steady rhythm,

A background presence of

Silence.

Pause. Take a breath.

Sit & Be...

No more. 

No less.

Just IS.

The space between is the Space Within.

Heaven & Earth are absolutely ONE.

As above so below.

Here you found me,

Hidden in deeper dimensions,

Not far from grasp.

Clutch your Heart,

It beats for us...  eternally...

As One Song,

Harmonically converging as Life.
