I
had just completed balancing the checkbook and was ready to pay bills, and my
cat just started meowing and meowing. So
I got up to see what she wanted. She
wanted to go outside. I opened the door;
she walked out the door; stopped and looked up at me. I could almost here her saying, “Aren’t you
coming too?” So I told her to give me a
minute and I put on a scarf and hat, grabbing a blanket to wrap around my
bottom on the way out. She was waiting
outside the door for me. I went to sit
on the ledge at the end of our property line, facing the sun of course. It had a nice break in the fresh air and sunlight, one I would not have taken if not or the kitty. It was a wonder filled moment to watch kitty Chula as she played out back.
