Too Much Chili



Earlier this week, we made a wonderful batch of Veggie Chili.  However, it was just a bit spicy for my taste.  So we added a bit of this and a bit of that and then realized, there was a lot of Chili.  So the next question was, do we freeze it?  We then remembered we had a friend visiting from Wisconsin and it seemed like the perfect meal on a winter evening.  Knowing there was more than enough chili for 3 people we decided we should invite a few other friends.  A few friends turned into a nice mix of 10 people.  Connections were made and who knows what magic that could bring.  We had a beautiful pot luck dinner with wonderful appetizers, a gorgeous salad filled with all kinds of veggies and lettuce, and the Veggie Chili was "to live for.”  The desert, a wonderful layered cheese cake with blueberries, strawberries, kiwi and blackberries.  Although, I had many Wonder Filled Moments today, this was the best.
